Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there’s a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, and we’ll contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Our automated system calculates the cheapest rate across multiple carriers to ensure the best value.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to addresses within the U.S.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number, active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: We are not responsible for customs and taxes; these are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages: We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Contact the carrier to file a claim, and save packaging materials.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
